Cooking Well for Diabetes is a 4-week course includes basic nutrition education to help plan meals and prepare food for people living with diabetes. Each class you will get tips on planning, shopping, and prepping meals that will help add balance to you eating, while allowing flexibility to enjoy your favorite foods.
