Get in the groove for back to school with Victoria Parks and Recreation, and Victoria Public Library’s Back 2 School Slam! Bring your own board and get geared up to skate and jam to home grown thrash metal band, W.T.M.! Free gnarly giveaways available, while supplies last! The first 50 people that arrive will also receive a ticket for a free snow cone! So, join Parks and Rec, and VPL Jams as we skate, jam, and slam straight into the school year! See you there!
