Event Details

Teen and Tweens Join the Victoria Public Library for a Cupcake Royale! This battle will be a commercial bakery versus some hometown heroes! You will get to taste cupcakes of various flavors and help to crown the top cupcake in town! This program is open to those ages 10 and up.
